Our club is on our way to greatness! Spoiler alert: we already are. And this week we get to prove it -- to our District Governor Joe Vasquez! Joe and his team will be here on Thursday for three incredibly important reasons:
- To share his vision for district 5280 and how we can help accomplish it.
- To induct Dominique Marino as a member of our club! and
- To induct Steve Goldsmith as a member of our club!
Separate, but equally important, there are several major events coming up. Please keep them on your calendar!

- Looking to read with kids! Oh, you want to do it every month? Well, don't miss this meeting because we have the project for you!

- We will be repeating our Rise Against Hunger event October 6 from 8am-12:30pm (or however much time you can spare)!
- If you remember our last packing event, we had more than 80 people attend and pack more than 10,000 meals in less than three hours.
- The energy in the room was palpable, and we actually had more people attend than spots to pack food!

- Cook Your Own Meal Night at the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club
- The Palos Verdes Peninsula Rotary Club will be having a fun dinner event at the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club (CBYC) on Wednesday, October 17th starting at 6pm (food options and pricing details are here).
