Toberman Neighborhood Center

Sandra Rascon is the Assistant Director of Programs for the Children Youth and Family Services Program, and the Parent Facilitator for the Family Learning Program at Toberman Neighborhood Center in San Pedro, California. After graduating from High School, Sandra worked to support her family. After several years she returned to college, received her A.A degree from L.A Harbor College and her B.A. in Liberal Studies from Loyola Marymount University in 2011. Sandra has been working for Toberman Neighborhood Center for 5 years. She enjoys helping families and their children by providing educational support and resources to empower them with the skills for a positive future.
