COMPAGNON Wine Bistro recreates the casual bistros that the owner, Thomas, knew growing up in the south of France. We want our food to taste as if it came from my grandmother’s kitchen. Our menu is classic and simple, reflecting authentic bistro dishes from the various regions in France. As a traditional bistro, we must use the freshest seasonal produce and take advantage of locally raised meats, poultry, and fish.
